Me and several residents who reside here are being forced to move out since we are of Hispanic or Black Ethic. They had everyone from Housing and Fema removed within 30 days. They are not members of TAA or HAA and now have changed the name to Red Pines. The new owner which is a --- and owns Mechanic shops does not have a clue to what he is doing. They are not allowing their maint to fix anything unless you have moved out they will renovate your apt. Work orders are not done if your lease is up by the end of the month. Many residents were out of water and heat for 2 weeks and were only compensated if you qualified to get a voucher for a motel and food. The new manager is crooked and she has known to forge signatures on your lease. The new leases are basically what they want you to sign. Be careful not to have a pet. They will throw you out in a heart beat. They want to make this a Class A property but it will never happen. The area which it in in is known for low income families. They criteria for them is 3 times amount of rent plus excellent credit. The majority who reside there now are all white. All maint are working with no papers which are considered illegal immigrants but hey it's okay for them they don't have to pay them high dollars.

Hello, I am aresident at the Palms (new Red Pines)and have living there for about 5 years. I can notice lot of changes and they are much much needed and apreciated. New owners put up security lights everywhere and fixed all driveways too!! they put in a nice (real nice) playground with soccer and planted lots of trees and other plants. Many of us have pets and manager even gave my dog a biscut and me a cup of coffee on the way to work one day. evryone works there is real nice to us a broken things get fixed way faster than before. we are happy to see this now. I and my friends here were gonna move but we have been so happy to see stuff done and nice for us that we signed a lease again so we could stay. they have lots of room here outside so i can take my dog out and he likes it too. really liked the dog biscut. I guess not everyone likes it to be nice but me and friends really do. hope they keep dong all of it because after being here for a long time, its nice to see that happen. Makes us feel safe and happy too. You should come see for yourself. they are nice. happy person living at Palms.
