The Office Staff has been completely replaced by very nice ladies. The Management Company is a well known company who have been in the apartment business for years serving the pasadena area. The complex is still under renovations which is a good thing because they find it priority to make this community very safe and totally turn it around. The playground is a state of the art facility with an attached soccer field and picnic tables w/ bbq grills for family outdoor picnics and fun.
This community is very family oriented and well patroled by PPD. I suggest taking a look for yourself if you are interested in leasing an apartment home. You will be delightfully surprised. Maintenance Staff is well on top of their jobs, a request is taking care of the same day or the next morning. They consider everyone family here!!
