I lived at Willow Springs for 10 months. I never once had a problem with anyone there. The maintance staff fixed my problems, and the office staff answered my questions. The onsite police officer was a great reassurance that if anything happened he would be there for us. The complex was really quiet and always kept neat and tidy. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live.
