not great, but not horrible

I've lived here for about 3 years, and there are definitely some problems, but not like the ones in the previous post. Are there young people who hang around their cars in the evenings' Yes. Have they ever caused me problems' Not at all. The only real interaction I've had with them is them wanting to pet my dog when we were out for a walk.
My biggest complaint about 1825 Place is the water. It is horrible. In general it is very difficult to keep the apartment clean because of the water issues (especially in the bathrooms) and other design oddities. It also is expensive to keep my third-floor apartment at a moderate temperature in the summers (I use far more wattage than I should need to for an apartment this size).
One warning. Right now there is a lot of turn-over in tenants. The complex seems to be raising rates a lot right now and all but one of the people in my building have moved out due to higher costs. These were responsible and quiet tenants. Based on what I was told the new rental rates are, I would say that moving here is not worth it.

The water sometimes smells bad too. It still runs clear, but smells of sewage!
