I could be here all day listing many problems with this apartment complex. I ran when my lease expired. I would never ever recommend anyone to live here. There listed as a luxury apartment but are not, maybe luxury in the ghetto. First problem no parking, and if you do have a carport other people love to park in it. Have a garage, people love to park behind it. There is no emergency maintenance forget about having anything fixed. Need to have anything in the apartment worked on; it could months before anything is done. Dog poop is on the sidewalks constantly. You are forced to buy Time Warner cable and Road Runner, and if you refuse you can only get dish network; if you love to have a satellite hanging off your balcony. The leasing agents are rude and do not know anything about customer service.

I totally agree with your post! The new leasing staff is very rude and DO NOT understand customer service. They are here because WE live here. They work for US! I will not sign another lease. Another thing is that they tricked many people with the ad "FREE CABLE and INTERNET" ,it is NOT free, it is added to your monthly rent and if you do not add it you don't get cable or you have to use a dish... This place has gone way down since the newest leasing staff arrived.

I agree also. And I've noticed a number of people moving out. That should say something to management!
