Ehhh

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I've been here two years about to move out.
The apartments design is cute. The carpets and linoleum are disgusting. My carpets have been professionaly cleaned three times and the blue/brown tint looks the same now as it did when we moved in. The linoleum peels easily, has strange flecks in them so it always looks dirty not to mention that water and sunlight stain them over time so they become yellowish.
My dishwasher has not properly washed dishes since I've moved in. I've told the leasing office NUMEROUS times about this and they claim it's the hard water. Umm, DIRT is left on my dishes. That is not due to hard water, that is a ------ dishwasher!
The turnover in the leasing office is astounding. Just when you think you know who to avoid in person or on the phone there is another rude-ass ----- there. Unfortunately, the piss ass manager ----- I think has been there forever. They are rude, arrogant, snotty and VERY unprofessional. Wait till you piss them off and they type you up a notice with your name not capitalized, four words mispelled in a run-on, fragmented sentence.
Parking became a nightmare at one point so I had to buy two stupid car ports and then poof there is parking again. I've been locked into the car port price now for over a year.
When I first moved in cable and internet were free, that was a nice bonus. I received a notice February 28th that if I did not paid $65 additional a month and sign into a contract for the rest of my lease terms they would pull the cable and internet out two days later. That was --------.
It is true there are sketchy people, however it depends upon which building you're in. I was in a good building that overlooked their model apartment for a long time so I had really good non-section 8 neighbors. That's the only bonus in my opinion.
They do not know how to take care of the greens. There is nice plush grass at the front but the rest are all weeds. When I first moved in there were no weeds, but they quit carrying about the grass.
Oh as far as bills go. I have Green Mountain Electric Energy on a 2nd floor 1 BR with AC at 68 at night and 71 during the day, in the summer the highest was only $138. My electric in the winter was about $65. Water was $12-15/month
