2004 - I got a 1 bedroom apt, all was nice and beautiful the first year. Then water issues came. Stinky water (the mgmt claimed it was safe to drink) but who would even want to put something that smelled like a sewer in your mouth' I solved that by complaining until they got us water filters.
2006 - Water issue better, now leaks started. Filters leaked, dishwasher leaked, garbage disposal broke. All products of extremely hard water and once again mgmt said it was due to Pflugerville water. Funny, how no other apt has this issue'
2008 - Moved into a new building into a 2 bedroom hoping that the issues would get better in a new building. Wrong. Guest bathroom toilet and tub leaked into the wall causing mold to grow in my master bedroom's closet. Old pipes' Hard Water' You name it, and they came to fix it, and cleaned up the mold but didn't go into the wall because I'd already given my notice to leave - Yes, I'm moving finally.
**Aside from the horrid water issues, and leaking pipes, and basically anything that has to do with water running through it breaks or cracks....the neighbors are not what they were when I originally moved in. LOTS of neighborhood children trashing the place and some dont even live here. Oh...and mgmt had this bright idea to put rock gardens everywhere in the complex, guess what' Rocks are EVERYWHERE - in the street, on the side walks, and in the grass. It's a mess.
I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, because it was a good value back in 2004, but now it's pricey as heck! And...has gone down, very very down.
Good luck - much lower prices elsewhere and no water issues. With the way the issues have gone on and not been addressed (Even after the City told them to get a water softener in 2004) the pipes are now in such bad condition, they may have to start over from scratch and bulldoze this complex to the ground.
