1825 Place is okay. Pflugerville water is stinky, get over it.

Been at 1825 Place for 3 years now and it's been okay. To the person complaining about the water, that's not management's fault, it's the City of Pflugerville. All the city's water comes from the man-made Lake Pflugerville and is only lightly treated (apparently, just enough to make it potable). It's still very hard and stinky with sulfur. I've lived in central Texas for 13 years and no matter where you live, the tap water tastes terrible and requires filtering (you can blame all the that wonderful Texas limestone). Anyway, the main reason I moved here is because it's close to where I work and the parking lot is free of speed bumps (I hate those). Also, there's no superfluous security gates to make you feel like you're living in a prison (folks, they don't deter crime, they just make getting in/out harder for everyone, everyday). I live in a 600 sq ft efficiency and it's the perfect size for me. They repainted all the buildings in 2008 using funky colors (mustard, burnt orange, olive) that I'm still not sure I like, but whatever. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
