Please be aware that my review is based on a teenager's perspective. (me)

My family and I have been living at 1825 Place for about 3 years now. I can honestly say it's a great place to live. I broke down my review according to the rating categories.

- Parking -

Parking is somewhat of an annoyance. In our building, there's four other three-bedroom apartments (I'm assuming this based on how the building looks) meaning it's expected to get packed in the evening. You're either forced to pay to park in your own assigned spot or you're hoping your neighbors aren't home so you can park right in front of your building.

Either way, I think it's just all about luck. Most of the other buildings are spread apart nicely so there's enough room for parking.

- Noise -

Again, I think this is based on luck. We live on the first floor and I can honestly say noise isn't an issue at all. The walls are thin though, you can easily hear your buddy talking in the next room. Hell, I can hear my parents snoring at night when their door is closed.

- Grounds -

Besides the area we're in, there isn't much landscaping. There's basically a pool next to the main office, a small kids playground next to the pool area, and a large open area a few yards away from the pool. I'd say the open area is half the size of a football field. Everything is clean and well kept, I'd say the grass is cut every one or two weeks at around 12 PM.

- Safety -

The whole area feels safe. Everything is well lit, quiet, and clean.

- Construction -

Quality buildings I guess. Everything is well built and put together. Insulation is good too, insulation is so good that my computer warms up my entire room and keeps it warm; no need to turn on the A/C all the time.

I'm not sure how common it is these days but, my building has fiber optic cables within the walls which I love. So if you happen to get the year of free internet access, like we did, you're good to go. (The ISP is Time Warner)

- Maintenance -

I can't really say much. We've only called maintenance once and he got the job done quickly. We called at around 10 AM and he was here at 11 AM. You can always see maintenance driving around or working throughout the day.

- Staff -

The staff is great. They're there around the clock, if you need something don't be afraid to ask. I've had packages sent to the main office and left it there for over a week, everything is well organized and locked up. Beautiful ladies by the way ;P .

- Other -

There's a small gym, a lounge, and a tanning bed in the main office. Also the school bus passes by every morning right in front of the main office.
