I have been at 1825 Place for 3 years and have enjoyed it. The office and maintenance staff are both responsive and polite. There is hard water, but the property can't control that. I am leaving soon, but only because I purchased a home. I think 1825 Place is a great place to live and will continue to refer people to the community.
