I live here and I can say the staff is wonderful. They always treat you with courtesy and respect, and will make time for you even if its after closing and they want to go home.

The pool area is beautiful, and the clubhouse is a lot of fun. Free cuppucino and free pool, along with a huge TV and comfortable furniture. Who can say no to that' The grounds are well kept and the residents are friendly. Just a short walk from a doctor's office, a convenience store and a well known bar, Graham's Central Station.

The apartments are beautiful and well maintained, everything looks brand new. The only problem is in fact the dog feces, but that wouldn't be a problem if the dog owners here would take responsibility for their pets. But otherwise, its a marvelous community.

these apartments suck! how can you say the residents are friendly? are you serious? half the people that use the amenities dont even live here, and just about anyone you say hi to just stares at you! people drive like crazy in the parking lot and have almost hit my wife and I, as well as our 2 dogs! and then they got mad at us for telling them to slow down! but you're right, the people that live here are SO friendly!
