I have lived in these apartments for almost 4 years. They have the most incompetent people working for them. There was another post saying the AC quit working in the summer. This is probabely true. Since I have been there I have not had a summer yet that my AC didn't stop working. They keep going up on the rent, there is no parking unless you pay extra, and there is dog crap every where. I would never reccomend this place to any one. When I first moved in it was very difficult to get in. Now they just let anyone in. The place has really gone down hill. The fill in manager is a joke. We are trying to work out our lease because they did a 9 month lease and they don't even offer a 9 month lease. They wont give you the property owners name. This is the worst upscale place I've ever lived in.

If you want to find out who the property owner is then just go to Google and search for "Riverhorse Equities". Just view the City of Austin archive for Zoning and Planning and you'll find the president's name. Considering that his comfortably-located 5,024 square foot house is valued at nearly 2 million dollars, I would say that the owner is doing pretty well for himself.
