Yeah, I said it... ghetto. There's dog poop EVERYWHERE. All the amenities are over-run with teenagers and the pool is taken-over by neighborhood families that don't even live at the complex! People are working on cars in the parking lot, blaring their car stereos and "hanging out" in their garages (who hangs out in a garage'!). You'd better rent on the 3rd floor otherwise, you'll think you're living under a pack of elephants everytime someone comes down the stairs. Dogs are continuously barking so that neighbor's are screaming "Keep the dog quiet!!", but management does nothing. They have an answering service so that you can call and report disturbances or security issues, but when you do, you just get a rude, condesending comment from the jerk that answers the phone, and no assistance. The only thing this place has going for it is the resort-type pool area (which is too crowded to use) and the maintance team, they're great, too bad I can't take them with me when I move!

So, when are you moving out so I can get in here? I visited the place twice to view spaces, and have spoken with residents and they love it! Get out so I can move in, now!

I use to live there and there were a lot of kids in the complex but they didn't come out until the office was closed so I think it was hard for them to controll. I know they have courtesey officers and it sounds like they are the one's that aren't doing there job. As far as the kids and the "poop" I don't think its fair to blame the staff because pet owners will not pick up after themselves and some parents don't care where there kids are. I know they have cameras for safety, and there is a porter who has the unfortunate job of picking up poop. who would want that job? At least they are addressing the issues and working on them as best as they can.
