this place is a nightmare! the place looks okay on the outside but the people who live there are lower class and ghetto. the floor plans are horrible. the two bedroom i was in was basiclly one room. there was nothing special about it...expect for the "special" lighting that gave off horrible lighting. the bathroom always looked dirty no matter how much i cleaned it and always smelled like smoke. i always heard my neighbors in the middle of the night drunk screaming in spannish. everytime i went to work out at night i was scared to death to go alone. it has a very unsafe feeling. the business rooms are a joke. the printer doesnt work and only one of the three computers work.
there is NEVER EVER any parking...well on the other side of the apartment complex...expect to walk very far at night. 2 drunk people have hit my car in the middle of the night trying to get straight in the parking space...no one seems to know how to park there. every apartment around me seemed to have parties all the time so there was always noise and once again, no parking. the apartment lost our rent so while i was out of town they tried to evict me. the AC bill was INSANE and i have no idea why because the temp on it was 85 or off. this place was my first apartment so im not comparing it to anything better. i was SOOOOOO happy the day i moved..i actually payed all my rent early and got out early because i couldnt bear to live there any longer. living there almost gives you a muggy, depressed feeling. i regret ever living there and im glad im gone.

like i said it was my first apartment so i was excited to move in because the outside "looked awesome"...but PLEASE don't be fooled. if youre wanting to live there and don't believe what im saying...then good luck..you'll get a little glance of what hell is like.

I loved living here and I've lived in many different apartments. You're probably just upset because the "free ride" and security of your parents house is over. Living on your own is a little different from Mom and Dad's. Good luck in your new home, your going to probably be miserable if you were that unhappy at Riverhorse Ranch. This apartment complex deserves more appreciation than some of these reviews they are getting!

or maybe im not upset at all im just stating that the place was crap..and i wasn't at "mom and dads"... so hmm how about you don't act like you know me..k? thanks. p.s. obviously from your response i know exactly why you liked living there...
