I lived here for almost three years and this place is TERRIBLE! The only thing that kept me here for so long is that I hate to move but I'm finally leaving. The office staff and how they handle problems is a joke. I ended up paying over $600 for ONE MONTH of electricity because of a problem with the thermostat. That falls under the complexes problem but I was told if I wanted to keep my electricity on I'd have to pay it. DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE! There is also no parking. Unless you get home at 3 in the afternoon, expect a nice walk across the property. If you're lucky, one of the three computers in the "office" work. The gym is nice but there are so many children running around that there is no point in going. My gate opener worked properly about 50% of the time. I would definitly think twice before moving here.

It took you three years to move from a place you characterize as "terrible"? Excuse me if I think you're just a little bit slow, and I don't mean in moving.
