Riverhorse Ranch Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

So I have lived at Riverhorse Ranch for a good while now and I thought it time to give a review. As I am the FIRST to throw an effin' fit when things do not go the way that I like, I thought it only fair that I give credit where it is due.
This place is remarkable. I would like to start with the ladies in the office. Man they are great. Everytime I walk into the office they address me by name and ask about my kids... Bespoke service is worth its weight in gold.
Facilities: Not too shabby. I have a view of the basketball court which IMHO is the best view on property! The court closes at 10PM and 9 out of 10 residents abide. I have never had to endure the noise of a bouncing basketball past 10:30. The pool is amazing, with 4 gas BBQ grills and a HUGE hot tub I really can't ask for more.
I live in a 2-2 (B-2 I think) and my wife and I really like it. We were going to go for the B-1 but the layout was kind of odd and limited the ways that we could do furniture placement. The B-2 is larger and only a few buck more a month. The bathrooms are awesome. let me say that again, THE BATHROOMS ARE AWESOME! Deep soaking tub, seperate shower and double sinks make my mornings much more palatable than my old apartment which had only one bathroom and one sink.
Okay so I think that it only fair to voice some of the negative as well, I'd hate to come off as someone who is pleased with everything. So here it is:
Parking. Da**it! Unless you get home early be prepared to walk 50 - 100 yards to the next closest parking spot. Honestly I would recommend just paying the monthly premium to have a reserved spot.
Energy. Not too green. My light bill this last month was $150.00. This is pretty high condering the fact that my wife and I go out of our way to make sure that all lights are off when we are not in a room and we also keep the A/C off as much as possible.
Really that is about it. I have enjoyed my time so far here at RHR. I would highly recommend it for anyone but especially those with children.

sorry but i could not disagree with you more. first of all, the basketball court has been overrun by people that dont even live here, as well as the pool, and people drive like maniacs in the parking lot. one person almost hit my wife and I, as well as our dogs, and then had the audacity to get mad at us for telling them to slow down. this place is filled with nothing but ghetto/trashy minorities. ive seen several pit bulls that people have which i dont even have to bring up the fact that they are not allowed, as well as numerous dogs off leashes, and puppies that are under 6 months. bills are outrageous and there are ants all over the place in our apartment. i would never recommend this place to anybody, especially those with children
