At first the ladies seem nice, until they get you in. My biggest issue right now is they are charging me over $100 a month for water. My electric bill has never been very high, but my water is consistently, and the f'n *@#! Nicole wants to feed me all this bs like i should feel sorry for them that they are being charged a ridiculous amount. They're charging me over 30 a month per person, and there are 2 adults and 2 children. On top of that they lost half of my rent that was a money order, which i now have to pay $30 for western union to trace and refund. When i first moved in we had to wait over an hour to move our stuff in because they left their washer and dryer in the laundry room after i had already informed them we were bringing our own. Of course those were the last things loaded on the truck so they would be the first off and since they were on their lunch break i had to wait for them to get back to have them let maintenance know to pick it up. That should have been a sign. They did a ------ job of painting the walls because there was paint all over the carpets. Residents dont pick up after their dogs and the office doesnt seem to care that there is dog ---- everywhere. Parking is terrible, if u work late your out of luck finding anything near your building. The gym seems nice but the equipment is old and needs to be replaced. If u have kids you may think the playground looks nice but its dangerous for younger children and is always littered with olders kids smoking pot and leaving theyre trash everywhere. So don't be fooled by the girls in the office they will be nice at first, but its all downhill after that.

I'm agree that's why we want to move out!!! we pay for water around $80 and we are only 2 people!! and not only that, now, the dish washer is not usefull,the laundry is terrible!! ohh my God, I'm so happy to leave this place!!
