The office staff are very competent, helpful, and efficient. The young woman at the front desk took the time to show me multiple apartments, pointing out the advantages of each one. Then she spent her lunch hour answering all my questions! The young lady at the 2nd desk was also quite friendly and made me feel very welcome.

I can tell you that Riverhorse Ranch has GOT to do something to compete with other apartments. Our electric bill was $250 this month, water bill was $107, and we continue to have issues with the people upstairs smoking and smelling the smoke in our apartment. Cigarette butts are everywhere and I've had hubcaps stolen from my car since I live here. The apartments are not well insulated, the dumpster constantly overflows, and the management accept people with lower qualifications. I don't care how nice they are--they can't possibly substitute for the reality of where we live. I feel so strongly about the two years we've lived here I want everyone to know. We're moving tomorrow but I will still continue to post information for everyone to know just what they're walking into: A LOT of hidden costs and really disgusting surroundings. I've paid my rent on time every month, never had a complaint against me, good tenant, own a home as well in another state...no other motive or experience with RHR than what I've described. DON'T LIVE HERE.
