So we have been here for quite awhile, was in love with it. Really awesome community. Then the new so called "office help" came in. Useless bunch of )(&()&* if I may say. I have never talk to more useless people in my life. You speak to them, crickets, you speak to them again, crickets. How hard could it be to maintain your freaking buildings. Im tired of paying $300 plus in electric bills and high water bills. OH, and you ask to fix something, you might as well have the number on speed dial, because it will take forever to get it done. The maintenance people seem to be from the day labor site and dont have to much sense on things. I will agree the quality of this place has dropped 100 fold. Just a fair warning to those people in the market. And yes I know, everyone's experience is different. Well, when you sign that lease and are at this crapholes mercy, you will understand. Oh, does anyone happen to know how much it will cost to break this crapholes lease' I think I would rather move to a 500 dollar a month craphole apt, get the same service, just save ya 700 bucks

I have to agree with the office staff. I've never personally had a problem with maintence, but not a whole lot has broken, only the ice maker and the ac was leaking a couple times, but was fixed promplty. As for the office, they arnt the brightest. They lost my rent and told me i would not be charged late fees. Theyve been charging me over $100 a month for water and i got behind. Every week the posted that i would be evicted should i not pay. I kept telling them as i was making payments that i am trying my best to get caught up but why is this bill so much. Come to find out they had charged me almost $200 for late rent fees when they lost my rent. They took it off my bill but obviously the dont have their ---- together. By the way the month they lost the rent was the month the changed managers. The previous staff wasnt that bright either though. Anxious for my lease to be up next month.
