The place is very nice, big outdated fitness center, pool tables with old ass pool sticks, missing balls, computer room - 2 computers(only 1 works)at all times!let me tell you about the pool, DONT BRING FAMILY OVER, EVER EVER!! you will be embarased by a cop that the smart office staff has hired, he will tell your visit to leave because only 3 persons are allowed to visit at a Time. So forget about reunions or pool parties, I was working one day and the idiot manager came into my apartment looked at my check book to see if there was a check for the rent that they had lost, well she finaly found it, it was ------------, WATER BILL, $120, no matter how much you use, its that every single month, elect. $300, Finaly if your thinking of renting here, we will probably tell you..I told u so...

Sounds pretty accurate. The water bill is completely rediculous, im moving out next week and this was the first month that the bill actually dropped under $100. the staff is stupid, they lost my rent and then months later we had to go through my account because i had gotten behind on my water bill, because it was too much. Come to find out part of the problem was they had charged me almost $200 in late fees from rent they lost. It was then reversed, but obviously they arnt paying attention to what they are doing.

I am Broadstone Travesia now and love it! The water bill was $10 and the electric bill was about $150, down from the $300 we were paying. We have people living above us now, but we'd never know. Dogs are picked up after, they take trash seriously, and the community really does care about each other. We love it here and think Riverhorse Ranch has gone down so far in quality I'm not sure why ANYONE would rent with them. I guess they take very low qualifying people now--HUD, etc. Got to be. If you're a clean, middle class family, you will hate the people you live around.

I moved in in June. I love my apartment. My water bill has never been over $30 and my electricity never over $75. My son was home all summer and never had any issues with anyone. The staff has been nothing but helpful
