I just moved here this month. I think maybe a lot of things people say are bad have been fixed recently. The business center has 3 computers and they are all working now as well as a printer/copier/fax for free. The gym is huge and the pool area is great. My apartment has a big kitchen and really big bathroom. The staff is good about getting things fixed if you tell them what you want; I wanted them to re-clean my carpet when I got my keys and they were able to get it done before my furniture was moved in. It's definitely worth checking out.

I certainly hope your good experience continues. I would caution you to wait until you get your first water bill--I have never heard of an apartment complex chargind over $100 for water. I know some people may read this and think this is an exaggeration, but it's absolutely true. The pool area is nice. On Sunday mornings (after Saturday parties) the pool is full of trash, and the people who live at Riverhorse Ranch gnerally don't care much about the way the property is kept. The workout area is nice--the sauna, however, was never working for the two years I lived there. Again, the electric bill is high, the water bill is high, the insulation poor, the noise level ridiculous, and the type of person renting there obviously has deteriorated. Give it a few months and I think you'll find you're paying more for that apartment with rent/water factored in than you would for a BRAND NEW, bigger, nicer place to live. Check out Broadstone Travesia--about five minutes away from RHR--they have a property and management who really cares about how people feel.
