I move to this apartment community about a year and in half ago. I think that this property is 10 times better then the previous apartment community that I use to live at which was Villages of Sage Creek. I am really happy with the huge gym and the free workout classes that are provided to us in the afternoon for free. The pool is nice in the summer and this is the first apartment community through us parties for living here. I have not had any problem with the office staff and when I put in a service request it is done that day. I do highly recommend this community.

I suppose it matters what someone considers "good." If where you've lived isn't the greatest, then I guess Riverhorse Ranch must seem really nice. As a professional, what I originally thought of Riverhorse Ranch (and the kind of community it started off being) is vastly different.
I cannot imagine anyone being happy with an over $100 water bill and large electric bill, but Riverhorse Ranch has different qualification standards. This is why the community attracts lower SES residents. Again, personal feelings about the property depend largely on what you consider "nice." I certainly don't see the value for money spent.
I've had my car towed, had asthma attacks by the heavy smokers around me, complained incessantly about the over 100 cigarette butts lying around, put in countless requests to have them picked up, and walked through enough dog excrement to know what I consider nice. When you visit, take a good look around. There are so many better options out there to consider, if you qualify.

Sounds like Mr/Ms Anonymous is a chronic complainer. I lived next to one once and when she moved the apartments immediately improved.

I guess I don't see the point in following up someone's review with something negative. It makes sense to leave a bad review if you were unhappy and then a good review if you were happy and then let the other readers decide. The only reason I can think of to constantly bring down other people's opinions and call them unqualified or poor is if you are bitter about your experience or maybe you work for another apartment company.
