There are positives and negatives...

It is hard to say whether or not this is a community you should live in. This is a LOW INCOME HOUSING development, just FYI because the office staff won't right out tell you that. The negatives: There are a ton of kids, fire, ems, and police are here all the time, and the noise level (especially the thugs bumping their systems through at one in the morning) can be infuriating. And I don't know personally, but I've heard negative things about the learning center.
The positives: Maintenance is same day, and they are wonderful guys! Lisa, Valisia (sp'), and Loretta in the office have been extremely helpful when I've expressed any concerns, the grounds and apartments are really nice, and there is a ton of parking. Maybe I just got lucky, because I'm on the end of the building, but I got excellent neighbors and there's a HUGE soccer field right next to our apartment where I take my son to play baseball. One of the reviews said that you can't let yours kids go outside and play-well, yeah, no you can't. But IF YOU GO OUTSIDE with them, you can keep any of the wild kids from harming them or coercing them into stupidities. So, it really depends on YOUR attitude and outlook as to how your experience here will be. I've been here for 18 months, and it has definitely gotten better in the past six months or so. On renting here' I'd recommend it, but go with your gut. Oh, and even though emergency services are here a lot, I've never had to call them myself, no one has even come close to breaking into my apartment or car, and I've never had any problems with anyone in the complex! Just thought you should know the bad AND the good. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
