Personally, I think the apartments are great. I have had good experiences since I have been there and I see everyone complaining that the police are here on a daily basis, did they ever stop to think that maybe they are here to protect the apartment complex and you have to realize that these apartments are i Pflugerville, a small city so the police dont have much to do anyway, and that's why I think they are always there with the exception of many times they may be there for the children that are causing problems. Overall I think the environment is pretty good and I agree with the resident that says if you go outside and spend time with your kids they will be fine. The other kids out there are just being kids and do things because they are not supervised. I also think that the parking is great and the apartments are affordable. I plan on staying here, because my overall experience has been very good. I also appreciate the fast response by maintenance. I am not sure about the learning center or anything because I havent tried it yet, but from what I have heard it is a great tool for students and they just take advantage of it, is probably why you think that it's bad and you are talking about the lady who runs it, she probably isn't there half of the time because people's kids just abuse the resources and equipment that they have in there due to lack of home training. I don't blame her, buit I think it should be made available to individuals that need to use it, because that is what it is there for.Other than that I would like to say that I have had a pleasant stay here. I just wish they had more than one pool. I think that is the best part and time of year, although the kids are very rowdy, but hey it is good relaxation time and the environment of the pool area makes you relax even with all of the kids running around. I am not sure why people dont understand because I am pretty sure that they have those bad kids too, although mine is only 2 so dont think I am taking up for mine because she cant do too much anyway, but kids are going to be kids so that's that.
