I lived at the Rosemont for 2 years of HELL.. everytime I went to the office to pay rent or something. There was always new employess in there.And when I did aske for something small, they made it seem like it was a Big hassle to get a air fillter from them.There were always ------ kids running around in the parking lot running wild. I even saw one put a dent in my truck on time with there ball..There is more then enough room to go play some where else then around the cars. The Police, EMS, fire were called way to much..and I never saw then even having to be there sometimes.I lived on the 3rd floor so I saw most of all what was going on outside.There was alot of noise at nite. Music, yelling, and fights.And to top it all off I had to pay more money when I left the apt. like carpet that was worn when I moved in,and stained with pet piss.. It wasnt clean at all when I moved in I had to scrub the whole place down before I could move in. And they charged me WAY to much when I was there over the time of my lease by 3 days.. Its was Labor day and I coulnt turn my keys in because the office was closed, for holiday and the weekend. I would NOT, I repeat NOT recomend ANYone living there in this complex. They will make up things wrong just to get all they can out of you when you leave. I went around and around with the Head Manager about my move out cost. The Assistant manager told me one price that was to high and I went to the head Manager and she said it would be lower.. Then I got my move out form in the mail.. it was still on there the HIGH price.. So if you do decide to live there RENTERS BEWARE. Its not all that it says and is cut out to be..
