i've lived at Skyview going on 3 years. and the turnaround of tennants in my bldg and the bldgs adjacent to me has been high. so i've experienced the best and worse of neighbors. it's a no frills apt community, i knew that going in, and i'm ok with that. but what i don't like are the bad neighbors i have had... that ranged from loud music all hours of the night to the smell of marijuana in the air, to the last straw incident for me, gunfire coming from the apt beneath me. then there are neighbors who refuse to walk any farther than 10ft from their front door to let their dogs relieve themselves. i give up, the rent is cheap but for me it's no longer worth it. also, i hate how dirty the apt community gets over the weekend, seems like there is trash everywhere.
