I have lived in this place for three years. When I first moved I was so excited. The units are so beautiful inside and out. Well, at least mine is. After a year things went down hill at this place. My neighbors are really ghetto. I was surrounded by domestic violence for years. They finally got evicted. Someone shot the hell out of our code box to open the gate which by the way has never been fixed. They made everyone go and get a new gate card because they said they fixed the gate and it still does not work. Maybe because of the teens that hang on it when it opens. I never let my child play outside because of the type of wild children that are out and about. I never, never see parents with these kids. My hub caps were stolen here. Someone threw some kind of food on my apartment window. Some people leave their trash on the outside of their door for days. Then there are those that either have a hearing problem or are wanting to give a concert out of their car. The walls are rice paper thin. I can hear when someone is depositing in the bathroom. I have never, never seen the security officer. And then they hired a tow truck driver to come in and tow any cars that were parked illegally. And, do I need to say that he himself drives like a maniac while he is monitering the parking lots. Trash is not put in the dumpsters. Instead it is left on the ground. GROSS. My family does not like to visit me because they say I live in Ghetto Town. I will never refer this place to anyone. At the beginning of 2006, I recieved a letter from apartment management that there was a child who was solicited by an adult. In the same letter it was recommended that we should be careful and walk with another person when we are outside our apartment and then it stated that we should get Apartment Insurance. (WHAT DOES THAT MEAN') Are we not safe inside or out. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY do not recommend this place. I think we need real Office Personnel that can handle this job. Someone who really cares.
