DOn't get me wron gth apartments are nice but don't move here. I renewed my lease only because my car has broken. But trust me when I purchase another car I will suck up and pay a few to break my lease. When I first moved here it appeared great. Kids will constantly mess with the breakers and turn your lights off and this has happened on many occassions. Parents aren't supervising their kids. I have had trashed thrown in front of my apartment and the kids are constantly beating on your door. It went so far where soemone stole my door mat and I saw it at another apartment. I didn't bother to confiscate it because someone would have thought I was stealing at that point. If you call the office you never get phone calls back. If you put in a work order things do not get done. The only time the office will bother you if you're late on rent, but if you need their help they are not there. One other thing if you have a package being delivered to you don't bother to leave a note for them to leave it at the office they won't accept them so you better become friends with neighbors. The kids are out of control out there and need discipline. Also, the dumpsters are ridiculous. I don't understand if there is room to dump trash why bother to leave it outside the dumpster. This place is so ghetto I am so ready to move and can't wait until Income Tax time to move to a better and quieter place. I am still currently awaiting a work order I put in from last month. It's time for them to change management to people that care about their residents
