This place is a Katrina Evacuee Refugee camp. A ghetto fabulous dump across the street from 200k houses. Whatever you do, don't take a downstairs apartment. The ghetto fabulous neighbors upstairs will make sure their kids stomp the floors like a bowling alley 11pm to 12 am at night. Can't call the management, because they won't do anything about it. The sheriff's office has better things to do. People knocking on your neighbor's door at 4am in the morning. Black people mean mugging you when you walk to your apartment. Drug deals taking place. Teenagers (and adults walking around stoned) THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. It is like they took a slice of New Orleans ghetto side and transplanted it to Pflugerville Texas. I am not joking. If you fit the above description, you will love it! If not, you will hate it. Move in at your own risk. It really is that bad and I can't believe it.

On top of all this, the management will throw your grill away, then post a letter in your mailbox dated 5 days prior stating you have 48 hours to move your grill off the patio.

I can't wait to get out of this hellhole.

I looked at this place 2 years ago and it was a HELL NO for me! Looked again last week just to see if it changed, and it is still the same and double HELL NO! I saw a car with big huge rims on it and knew I had made the right choice long ago. But if you like to ride through the jungle for fun this is the place!
