I like moving around trying different apartments in the area, I've moved 7x in 9 years, and this apartment by far is the worst apartment ever! Thank God I no longer live there! When you drive up to the apartment you're in awe at how beautiful the apartment is and when you look inside the apartment it seems like a win/win situation, especially with the price and sq footage. I wish I had taken the time actually do research on the apartment before I signed a lease, which is something that I always do now. My sister and I both signed for an apartment there at the same time, we both signed for one bedroom apartments. As soon as we moved in we knew we were going to hate it there. Both of our apartments where EXTREMELY FILTHY! We had to rent a carpet cleaner to clean the floors ourselves! The water after we cleaned it was horrid. The kitchen had to be scrubbed. When I called and told the apartment complex about it, they acted like they were shocked, but every apartment is like that! Ask anyone who moves into them. There was a fowl smell in the apartment also. The water smelled horrible and leaves a chalky substance on your body. The children there are horrible, if I had children I wouldn't allow them out to play with any of those children. There were constantly people in the parking lot having drinking parties, you're constatly getting notices on your door saying that they're going to do checks in apartments to make sure they're clean! Who has ever heard of that'! Considering the people they have living there, I shouldn't have been surprised! The walls are paper thin! You hear EVERYTHING!!!!! People yelling at their kids, phone conversations, music, constant nose coming from your neighbors. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS FOR EVERYTHING. The apartment won't tell you that you have a balance, not until you're getting ready to move and another apartment complex is trying to verify rental history. They'll tell the apartment you have a balance and you'll get denied. Maint is a joke, they'll never come fix anything. Everyone in the office is rude, especially that manager! I urge everyone not to move here, read other complaints on this apartment, we all can't have it wrong. This is the most unsafe apartment there is. There are constatly cop driving around the property. One night my sister and I couldn't get into the apartment because cops where checking everyone looking for some convict. Take your time and look elsewhere. If an apartment locator shows you this apartment find another apartment locator. DON'T MOVE HERE YOU'LL REGRET IT!
