I had a few problems - I had a few problems w/ the complex. I had ATT & my spouse had T-Mobile. We couldn t get reception on the 1st floor. The Grande Communications cable service they used was horrible. Our cable would go out before a storm would even hit the area hard. Hopefully, things have improved.
