Changed Owners - Customer service is terrible now

The property changed owners (from AMLI) shortly after we moved in. Now, service is terrible.
The people in the front office seem inconvenienced when you ask them to do their job. They lose paperwork or make mistakes on it.
The cleanliness of the property has gone way downhill. There is dog poop everywhere on the lawn now.
Fortunately, I've only needed maintenance once since the new owners. Only one maintenance team member remained after the ownership transition. He seems capable and is pleasant to work with.

100% Agreed. I lived in an AMLI property in the past, and customer service was excellent. When I moved into this property, the leasing agent (NOT AMLI) was chatting on Facebook while I was trying to get moved in. She didn't tell me anything about the property (it was the first time I had actually seen/visited the property in person). She just told me to sign the documents and gave me the keys. Horrible, unprofessional.
