I cannot even begin to rave about AMLI Prestonwood Hills...when I first moved in, there was a horrible confusion about my apartment and the staff and maintenance went out of their way to accommodate me. They also have made sure that I'm enjoying living here with thank you notes and lots of smiles!
Honestly, the only complaint I have here are the ants, but then again I live on a first floor apartment in Texas, so I think its due more so to that than the groundskeeping. The staff continues to ask me if I've had any problems, showing lots of sincerity.
Also, the new paint job is AMAZING and the level of attention to the grounds work is always top notch. I will definitly renew my lease in the Spring. The location is perfect and close to everything in Plano/Dallas/Carrollton. :)
