That guy ---- is a joke From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The manager at this apartment complex is a joke. He does not know how to respectfully talk to the tenants. The management staff is one dull, dissappointing and unfriendly staff.
