I lived in 2 different apartments in this complex from 2000-2002. The office staff changed 2 or 3 times, but for the most part - requests were taken care of and they were courteous. They knew my name when I walked in and were polite. I had no bookkeeping errors happen except for a discrepancy in the beginning of $25.

The second apartment (bigger of the 2) was not properly cleaned and we were not informed that the paint was a medium brown on the walls before we moved in - which was irritating.

Overall it was a nice place. I really liked their floorplans and kitchen and bath features. The built-in desks were nice too. The pool area was excellent, our neighbors would come from their brand-new HUGE house in Frisco to BBQ and hang out.

The only complaint I had was the HUGE amount of road and parking lot noise directly outside our apartment. I do not recommend getting an apartment that faces the OHIO and Hedgcoxe intersection. People with Harleys love to go full boar (so their bikes sound louder against the brick wall on Ohio) Other than that, this is a nice place. NO BUGS, nice neighbors, clean outside, decent rent for Plano.
