I've lived here since December 2004 and find the staff to be efficient, kind and extremely responsive. The trash situation is a little out of control - the dumpster is disgusting - HUGE cockroaches everywhere and it is overflowing on the weekends. Instead of having curbside trash pick up 3 days a week, it was cut to two due to people leaving trash out on off-days. It would seem to me that the solution would be to have MORE curbside pick up days, not less.

I have two complaints. One is that the master fire alarm in my building goes off all the time. 2 in the morning, 4 in the morning. It has become so frequent, that the "alarm" aspect has faded. We just roll over and go back to sleep. The other is that the security gates are constantly broken. Recently, they were broken for more than a month. I pay to live in a secured apartment complex and the gates should either be maintained to work properly or replaced.

The community is quiet, does not have many kids and the common areas are well-maintained. The rents are reasonable, although the electric bills can get out of control in the summer, due to poor insulation.

Give it a chance, get to know your neighbors and make an effort to get to know the staff. It makes all the difference in the world. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Obviously you haven't ever talked to the staff. They don't return your phone calls and they are extremely UNHELPFUL. And I would rather not waste time getting to know my neighbors because I have seen and heard enough.
