Our apartment had ants. And they don't regularly spray unless requested. However, even when they sprayed they didn't go away. Also the apartment heated and cooled unevenly. Some rooms would be freezing while others were a good 15 degrees difference. Nobody seemed to care to fix this problem when we complained. The management were nice to you when you went into the office, but it was just a show. They would never really do anything they promised. I wouldn't recommend this place. It's the second worse apartment complex I've lived in.
