Horrible office staff

I stopped by this property while driving around checking out apartments in the area, and received the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. I came in, walked right past the leasing agent, who was busy flirting with a man in her office, and she did not even acknowledge my presence. For some reason I did sit and wait for about 10 minutes, still completely ignored. When I finally got up and asked her for some help, she was very rude, so I walked out. Long story short, if this is the kind of service that is given at the leasing stage, when the selling mode should be the highest, I'd hate to see what the service is like as a resident that actually needed something.

I have had no problems with any of this office staff. In fact, they have always gone out of their way to make me happy.

I think it's people like you that make this website useless. Why rate them a 1 in all categories, insead of the ONLY experience you had with them in Office Staff? Perhaps YOU were just having a bad day.

I began my search for an apartment today. I've been house sitting for family members for 2.5 years now, and circumstances will change in the next 3 to 4 months. With so many negative ratings on this site and so many to apt complexs to chose from, I started with Amli at Deerfield for 2 reasons. 1) A 61% rating on this site (high by comparison) and 2) good square footage (I have furniture enough for 3/2/2 home). I walked in the door, in less than 2 minutes, Lindsay greeted me, I stated my case – she wrote rents in the brochure, told me about the complex, etc. I can’t say for sure that I will live here – unit availability and timing will play a part, and there are other locations closer to my office – but first impression – well done.
