Falling standards From: texasresi Date posted: 10/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   Found this site by accident. Really informative. I have read these reviews on here and have to agree that the standards here at amli in my opinnion have sharply fell over the last 3 years that I have lived here. The rents have increased a lot and the service has gone way down. My lease is up faoirly soon and I won't be back I guess. I reckon most of the positive things people are saying on here is writen by the staff, 'cus I talk to other people who live here a lot, and they say the same. Poor value for money, security gates that don't work most of the time, mail boxes broken into, dog poop scattered around...even an assult in the grounds recently. I'm heading out of Dodge as soon as I can, and I ain't comin back!
