We have lived here for two years and we love the place. Our apartment is well maintained and quiet. Service requests are responded within 24 hrs. The apartment managers go the extra mile to help us every time we need something and the office is open 7 days a week. There is plenty of parking all the time.

Cons:

AC units are loud and inefficient. Large kitchen appliances are old. Certain dog owners do not pick up after their pet so there are "mines" throughout the apartment grounds. The automatic gates break down frequently. Remote controls open the East and West gates simultaneously so non-residents can slip through the opposite gate. The pool can be a bit noisy during Summer weekends.
