I am a current resident who has been living here for last 3 months,I liked the community initially becuase the name "AMLI" has got some good will out there.But then I realized very soon that I did a great mistake.

The apartments insulation is so bad that every few minutes you can feel that house is getting cold due to which you're heating keeps running and for 1 bed apaprtment I got $175 dollar heating billthis is for a month.

The kitchen looked great but when I started cooking I noticed that the exhaust is so bad that i doens't suck the smoke at all.

The laundry room is another drawback.

Fitness center is another main draw back, it was already a very small place with very less equipment and for past three months more than half the equipment is broken, when I asked them they mentioned they dont have budgets till next year and they're not gonna fix them,dont know what on earth means that. How does any resident has got to do with budget, after all when everyone is paying his/her rent on time.

If you're joining here dont expect to use the fitness center here. Its always crowded with more than half the equipment broken.
