Beware when you move out

I cleaned this place up way beyond what they listed of what needed to be done, I even went and bought new drip pans for the stove. They are holding my 400 deposit and wanting to charge me more. So beware when you move out they could hold your deposit and make up charges.

I have the same experience. I have lived for more than three years in this apartment complex. When I moved out I also bought new drip pans for the stove and hired a cleaning company to clean the apartment. The management still charge 250 extra for the carpet and additional cleaning. Like you said above, be very careful when you move out. I have been renting for more than 15 years and never received a move out bill this high.
