I just moved out as well, and I left my apartment VERRRRY clean. They also kept my deposit, and added on a huge bill. Be prepared for this. People DO NOT need this crap when moving elsewhere! I'm a VERRRY clean person, and they added on all of this superfluos BS!!!!!! I will N-E-V-E-R rent another AMLI apt.....EVER!
Plus, the fact that their untis DO NOT come with: microwaves, bedroom ceiling fans (it's HOT here...this IS TEXAS), medicine cabinets in the bathrooms, ceiling lights in the living room/bedroom(s).
The weight room has been broken into many times, and people have had their MAILBOXES broken into as well. (((JUST ASK)))

$$$$ doesn't grow on trees.....get more WORTH somewhere else.

FYI - most apartments are built without ceiling fans and/or lights in the living room. Depending on the floorplan you have, you may get linen closets or shelves for your bathroom. Bedroom fans can be installed if you buy them, which I did, and it was installed for me. I'd rather buy my own anyway so I can take it with me and use one that is of good quality. I've never had my mailbox broken-in to, and I've lived here 4 years.

I lived in the complex for more than three years and things are ok when I lived there. The problem is the move-out bill. I've cleaned the apartment well and still received an initial bill for 350 for cleaning carpet. This by far the highest bill I've received in my long rental history.
