	Alta Vista is a great value. The management (Flora and her team) are as good as it gets. Maybe the other reviewer was late on his rent, because they always respond quickly and get things fixed!

	the managment sucks at this apartments, management are really rude, plus they take forever to fix whatever you have broken at your apt. most of the residents complain about this!!!!!!it's really hard to find a parking spot at night!!!!neighbors are ... more
