The pricing is good, and the staff - since management changed - is friendly, but there are so many maintenance problems! It wouldn't be such a big deal, but it takes 3 to 5 attempts at fixing to get anything fixed and it could take several days before they come. Oh, and don't aske for them to fix more than one problem at a time, they can't even handle that!
