I'm out of here!

I have lived here over 5 years and have had no problems. But this new management team is awful. Today they handed out 50 dollar fines to the majority of residents for "violations" on patios and front porches. Yes, they have given warnings, but they are for ridiculous things like a child's chalk drawing on a patio, a planter without a living plant in it, a pair of shoes on a patio. (the person had stepped in dog poop) The water bills are ridiculous, and it takes them many days to carry out a maintainance request. Forget it. The low prices are not worth it.

As a current tenant of these apartments, I love it here at Legacy. The manager, office staff, and maintenance staff are extremely professional (by the book), and they also seem to show real concern and care for tenants here. This property is very clean, quiet, and well maintained. I have never had a problem with anyone in the staff, nor have I ever had to wait more than a day to get something repaired. The manager, office and maintenance staff are absolutely amazing here at Legacy; and I promise that I am a tenant, and not an employee for these apartments.

I wish the employees would stop patrolling these ratings sites and commit some time to actually acting the way they claim to act. This place will go under in less than a year I guarantee it!
