When I moved in, I was temporarily in a smaller apartment until the one I needed came open. I had to wait over 2 months after the promised move in date to move, and then when I went to get the keys, I was told the apartment still wasn't ready. When I did move in, nothing was cleaned. The kitchen was filthy, with dead bugs and dirt all over the counters and food in the drawers. Making sure the place was ok to move into was not a priority.
Most service requests have been responded to quickly. I did request another lock be put on my door for security reasons, and after 2 months of asking and 5 months of waiting, I added my own lock. There are two pools, one is usually filthy due to the trees and the other usually has a bunch of smokers sitting around. Not very good for those with children. Same with playground, it's great, but there usually is someone sitting next to it smoking so my child usually can't play long. It would be nice if they made the public areas non-smoking.
Parking is horrible most nights. Usually the only empty parking spaces are the car ports. I have had to park at other buildings and walk, which isn't fun to do carrying a child and groceries. It would be nice if they would pay attention to the parking situation and do something about it.
