PENALTY FOR LONG TIME RESIDENTS

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
The longer you live here, the longer your lease, the higher your rent. Many of us have been here 5 years and pay rent much higher than new move-in. Not a lot of loyalty to be found at Archstone Legacy.
And every year they find ways to add to the cost of living here. This year it was the gas bill. It added over $100 a month to most apartments costs with no way to monitor it.
