Very clean, well laid-out apartments and grounds, but in my first month, my experience with management has been quite negative (although couldn't be nicer before I signed the rental contract). They apparently can't properly track the rent checks. After receiving my check on time and debiting my bank account, they sent me a nasty eviction notice citing, in addition to rent, failure to pay a utility bill I never received. I was instructed to leave the apartment by the next day. When I inquired about the notice, they cited computer problems as an explanation and no apology was given. My first maintenance request included four items. They fixed one item on a Friday, saying they'd be back on Monday to fix the rest. It has now been almost two weeks and I have never heard back again. In my short time here, it seems that basic respect and responsiveness are not something to expect from this management. If these types of interactions are the exception and not the norm, I welcome more positive experiences in the future.
