I orginally signed a 6 month lease here. But the staff is extraordinarily nice! The apartments are a GREAT price for what you get! I can't comment on the mainentence because I've only had one problem which was fixed in that same week. If I wasn't getting ready to buy a house I would spend a lot more time with them. This is a great atomosphere for family and kids...it's really quiet and kind of hidden. I would really recommend Legacy apartments to a friend.
